Shipping and Returns

Shipping & processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Our extensions are custom prepared and shipped within 2-2 ½ weeks from the order date.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional fees due to incorrect addresses or postal service issues.

Returns

At Tee’s Touch, we stand by the quality of our extensions. For the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Hair must be in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, and unaltered (no dyeing, cutting, or installing).

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Once inspected and approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method (shipping costs are non-refundable).

  • Due to the nature of our products, any extensions that have been worn, tampered with, or removed from original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.
